Shipping

General Information

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Orders placed after cut-off time or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Split Shipments

Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to the agreed delivery location.

Once the order has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

If a package appears delayed or missing, we recommend contacting customer support so we can assist in tracing the shipment.


Undeliverable or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or failure to receive delivery, it may be returned to us.

In such cases, we may deduct reasonable handling and return costs from any refund.


Shipping Issues and Damage

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant documentation (e.g. photos of packaging and goods).

We will assess the issue and provide appropriate assistance in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.


Force Majeure (Delivery)

We are not responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, weather conditions, or supplier delays.
