Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw
- The product must be in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be included
- You may only handle the product to the extent necessary to inspect it as you would in a physical store
We may reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond this or refuse refunding.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we agree otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–14 business days after receipt of the return
- We may withhold the refund until the item has been received or proof of return has been provided
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. We will cover reasonable return costs where a fault is confirmed.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital content once download or access has begun with consent
Condition of Returned Items
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and function of the product.
